Touring Kayak

This is taking recreational kayaking to the next level. Kayak Touring is designed for distant (trips), plus an excellent opportunity to experience solitude while paddling a stable craft on a placid lake.  At the one evening clinic, you will discover the speed and efficiency of these high end boats. Topics will include: advance strokes, touring skills, packing, safety procedures and self rescue a capsize boat. Learn about the various boat designs; experiencing the different hull shapes & length will give you a better understanding on your kayak purchase. The skills and experience gain at this clinic also applies to ocean touring.
